My Safesport has not verified. What should i do?

I did not receive the background check email from Sterling Advocates after submitting the volunteer application. What should I do?
-Login to your AYSO account and check your volunteer status. If the email was sent, it would read "Invite Sent" under "Risk Status". If there's no invite sent, you will want to click the box next to "Risk Status", click "Renew and Update", verify some fields, and click submit. This should trigger another email. Check your SPAM folder. If you still did not receive the email, email
[email protected] and request another email be sent.
I am having trouble accessing courses in AYSOU. What should I do?
